Start with the communication task
A speech excerpt, explanatory video and written update serve different purposes. The plan should identify what each piece needs to explain, the evidence available and the action—if any—the audience is being invited to take voluntarily.
An editorial calendar should leave space for verified developments while avoiding a constant cycle of reactive production.
Scope and tangible outputs
- A topic and format plan with source requirements.
- Draft copy, scripts and captions for agreed channels.
- Graphic or video production within the confirmed scope.
- An asset register covering permissions and provenance.
- A review calendar and record of approved versions.
From brief to publication
Agree the brief, check source material, prepare the draft, review factual and contextual accuracy, obtain client approval and prepare the final assets. Corrections after publication should be recorded and handled transparently.
The number of pieces, formats, languages, filming days, revision rounds and delivery times are not assumed. They must be set against available resources and agreed in writing.
The client’s responsibilities
Supply information and media you have the right to use. Identify the authorised approver and respond within the agreed working process. Confirm the accuracy of personal statements and public commitments before release.
We do not create fabricated testimonials, misleading edits, fake crowds or deceptive synthetic depictions. Content should not expose private people unnecessarily or turn unverified allegations into accusations.
Questions about the work
Can you work with our existing footage?
Yes, where quality, rights, permissions and context are adequate for the agreed task.
Are unlimited revisions included?
No such promise is made. Review rounds and changes to the brief belong in the written scope.
