Draft policy for owner and legal review before public release.
Research with a defined purpose
Start with the question the work needs to answer. Use public and official sources where appropriate, check the date and geography, and record limitations. Public availability does not automatically justify every reuse of personal information.
Interviews and field conversations should be voluntary. Explain the purpose in a way participants can understand, avoid unnecessary identifying details and honour appropriate requests to stop.
What we do not offer
- Targeting or persuasion based on caste, religion or other sensitive personal characteristics.
- Covert collection, unlawful scraping or purchase of unlawfully obtained personal records.
- Fake respondents, invented research findings or false precision.
- Uploading private voter information into unapproved tools.
- Coercive participation or fabricated evidence of public support.
Make the limits visible
A small set of conversations is not automatically a representative opinion poll. A historical election result is not a prediction, and a correlation does not establish that a consulting service caused an outcome. Reports should distinguish sourced facts, observations, assumptions and recommendations.
Sample work on this site is illustrative. It does not contain real-person campaign records and should not be treated as a completed client assignment.
Protect the information that is needed
Agree access permissions, storage arrangements and retention responsibilities before collecting sensitive material. Use the least information needed for the assignment, review access as roles change, and keep private information out of public content and analytics.
For this website, there are no advertising pixels, session-replay tools or local intake database. See the privacy notice for the actual inquiry routes and service-provider limitations.
